We are always needing volunteers. Some knowledge of race flags is preferred but not necessary (see: https://meta.bc.ca/…/about/an-introduction-to-turnworking/), we can train you while you have a ‘front row seat’ to the action. Lunch is provided on both days. For more information contact anyone on our contacts page.
Saturday, May 14 and Sunday, May will be regular race days at Speed-Fanatics Motorsports Circuit in Mission Raceway Park (find on Google Maps), signup up on MotorsportReg (scroll down to “SCCBC-Volunteer & Crew Registration”). Registration closes on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 11:59 pm.
If you do not have an annual waver click on this link: https://cacc.speedwaiver.com/pnhlb. Remember to save a copy of the waiver.
Saturday & Sunday schedule is posted here (and includes the full event package INCLUDING supplemental regulations). It is assumed you are familiar with the CACC regulations regarding your area of volunteering (Note that the red flag rules changed for 2022 – they are now the same as in F1), however, it is prudent to at least browse the supplementary regulations.
The morning track volunteers’ meeting on Saturday and Sunday will be at 8 am at the META Club House (near the far end of the paddock in the fenced area). Cars are on course for 9 am.
